Don Knotts was married three times in his life. His first marriage was to Kathryn Metz, whom he married in 1947. The couple had two children together but divorced in 1964.
He then married Loralee Czuchna in 1974 and they remained married for ten years before they divorced in 1983.
Finally, in 2002, Knotts married his third wife Frances Yarborough, who was his partner until his death in 2006. They had a close and loving relationship.
